Golf Simulator 24/7 Online Booking Disclaimer
Before booking online with Bear Creek, please read and agree to the following cancellation policy:
- Simulator booking can accommodate up to 6 players.
- Simulators can be booked up to 14 days in advance.
- Simulator time is booked and paid by time, not by the number of holes completed.
- Simulator fees are per suite, not per player.
- For customer convenience simulator time can be booked in 30 minute increments.
- Bear Creek recommends booking 1 hour per player to complete 18 holes.
- Please ensure that your clubs and golf balls are clean before simulator use.
- A Credit Card is required to make a simulator reservation. Payment will be finalized after your round at the service counter.
- Please forward your email confirmation to your playing partners.
Cancellation Policy
All cancellations and no-shows within 24 hours will be charged the full amount of the booking reservation.
