From humble beginnings in the 1950s, to our current lush, landscaped 27-hole showpiece, Bear Creek has become one of Central Ontario’s premiere public courses. Each 9 hole course has its own character, with a selection of par 3s, 4s and 5s to challenge even the best golfers. Designed to adapt to your busy lifestyle, you can complete your round of 18 holes in just over 4 hours.

Signature Holes

Experience the hidden jewels of Bear Creek Golf Club — 3 distinct, unforgettable golfing experiences for all levels of play.

South Hole #1

This elevated tee, 317 yard, par 4 requires a long and accurate drive in order to cross Bear Creek. A small, split-level green awaits, demanding a precise approach to the pin regardless of your position on the fairway.

Island Hole #8

Don't let the water intimidate you, there is plenty of land on the other side of the aqua. Pick your club (a little extra won't hurt) and fire away. A large island green awaits and there is plenty of room if you hit long. Good luck and enjoy the experience.

Central Hole #9

The longest Par 5 at Bear Creek will challenge all golfers. A long, straight drive will allow the longer hitters to reach this green in 2, and a very precise approach is required to avoid water and sand left and water right. If you are laying up, a shot to the right will open up the green for an easier approach. A green sloping left to right requires prevision to get the ball close. 5 is a good score on this hole.
